Cancellations and refunds are not possible after booking.
Please be aware of this in advance.

Step 1: Book online (up to one week in advance)

Please apply using the reservation form.
Reservations are required at least one week in advance to allow time for party preparations.

Step 2: Confirmation of reservation adjustment date

Select your desired date and time.

Please submit your request via the form.

You will need to enter your credit card number when making a reservation.

Payment will be required after your reservation is confirmed.

Step 3: Prepayment by card (full amount)

If we are able to adjust your seating arrangements, we will send you a reservation confirmation email.

We will process the payment by card at this point.
Please pay for your drinks at the store on the day of your visit.

Step 3: Arrive at the venue on the day of the event → Party starts

Please arrive at your reserved time. A staff member will guide you.
