These terms and conditions apply to the use of the service provided by COFFEE AND TOAST (hereinafter referred to as "our store").
This sets out the terms and conditions for the Party Plan/Group Use (hereinafter referred to as "this Plan").

Article 1 (Regarding Reservations)

  1. This plan requires prior consultation and confirmation of details before booking.

  2. Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation email from our store and completion of advance payment.

Article 2 (Payment)

  1. Payment for this plan will be made in advance using the method specified by our store.

  2. If payment is not confirmed by the payment deadline, your reservation may be automatically canceled.

  1. This plan requires that ingredients be arranged and seats secured only after the reservation is confirmed.
    We cannot accept cancellations, refunds, or refunds for reductions in the number of people after the reservation has been confirmed.

  2. We cannot offer refunds for any reason, including those caused by customer circumstances such as weather, traffic conditions, or illness.

  3. We will accommodate any changes to the content due to unavoidable circumstances to the extent possible, however, additional charges may apply depending on the nature of the changes.

  1. No refunds will be given for any reduction in the number of people after your reservation has been confirmed.

  2. We may not be able to accommodate requests for additional people depending on inventory and seating availability.

Article 3 (Cancellation and Refund Policy)

Article 7 (Other)

  1. Even if you arrive after the scheduled start time, we cannot extend the end time or issue a refund.

  2. We cannot issue refunds for customers who leave the store midway through their visit due to personal reasons.

  1. In the event that our store suspends operations due to natural disasters, equipment failure, or other unavoidable circumstances, we will, at our discretion, provide a full refund or reschedule your appointment.

  1. Any matters not covered by these terms and conditions will be handled in good faith through discussions between our store and the customer.

  2. These terms and conditions may be changed without prior notice as needed.
