These terms and conditions apply to the use of the service provided by COFFEE AND TOAST (hereinafter referred to as "our store").
This sets out the terms and conditions for the Party Plan/Group Use (hereinafter referred to as "this Plan").

Article 1 (Reservations)

  1. Reservations for this plan will be accepted after prior consultation and confirmation of the details.

  2. Your reservation will be confirmed once we have contacted you to confirm the details and your advance payment has been completed.

Article 2 (Payment)

  1. Payment for this plan must be made in advance using the method specified by our store.

  2. If payment is not confirmed by the payment deadline, your reservation may be automatically canceled.

  1. This plan requires that ingredients are prepared and seats are secured after the reservation is confirmed.
    Cancellations, refunds, and refunds due to a decrease in the number of people cannot be accepted after a reservation has been confirmed.

  2. We cannot offer refunds for reasons of customer convenience, such as weather, traffic conditions, or poor health.

  3. We will do our best to accommodate any changes that may be required due to unavoidable circumstances, however, additional charges may apply depending on the changes.

  1. Any reduction in the number of people after a reservation has been confirmed will not be eligible for a refund.

  2. Additional guests may not be accommodated depending on inventory and seating availability.

Article 3 (Cancellation and Refunds)

Article 7 (Other)

  1. If you arrive after the start time, we will not be able to extend the finish time or provide a refund.

  2. We will not provide refunds if you leave midway for personal reasons.

  1. If we are forced to cancel due to natural disasters, equipment malfunctions, or other unavoidable circumstances, we will provide a full refund or reschedule at our discretion.

  1. Any matters not specified in these terms and conditions will be dealt with in good faith through consultation between the store and the customer.

  2. These terms and conditions may be changed as necessary without notice.
